We offer three different home repair services according to your needs. Click through the drop-down section below to learn what each program entails, eligibility requirements, and service applications.

Our Critical Home Repair program is designed to assist existing homeowners with crucial repair projects that will allow homeowners to remain in their homes safely and comfortably.

Program Qualifications:

  • Own and live in the home for at least two years
  • Meet income requirements (30-80% AMI)
  • U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident
  • Active homeowner’s insurance
  • Current mortgage and property tax payments
    • Be present during the repair project
    • Demonstrate need for repairs based on inspection

    How To Apply:

Home rehabilitation is designed to revitalize existing properties in the area. The program targets safety concerns that may be a larger task than we address in our critical home repair program. The eligibility requirements are the same as home ownership – ability to pay, willingness to partner, and overall need.

Jackson County Habitat partners with the Jefferson Rotary Club to build ramps for low-income, disabled individuals to improve their quality of life. If you or someone you know is disabled and in need of a ramp, rails, door widening, etc…, we would love for you to submit an application. As with all of our programs, each applicant must meet our eligibility requirements.
    Same eligibility requirements apply.
